Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Customers are given a 5% discount when they pay in full for their sessions. All sessions must be paid for prior to any type of training ensues. There is a $15 late fee after 15 minutes and a $15 fee for unattended sessions. Discounts are also offered if the client would pair with a partner for their sessions!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We'll spend our first session with an assessment & movement analysis. Within the week the new client will get a tailored program & macronutrients or meal plan based on the clients statistics & information provided in the assessment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have certifications in: Dynamic Core Training Performance Enhancement for Athletes Nutrition Movement Based Exercise & more

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Growing up I was always fascinated in sports, strength, & performance. Questions about these topics started to rack my brain in my freshman year of high school. Sooner than later, I spent hours upon hours of research in any way I could. YouTube, Studies, Forums, took up all of my time. By my sophomore year, I decided I was going to be a personal trainer. Here I am 8 years later.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Athletes, former athletes, general pulbic, powerlifters, weight loss oriented, mass gaining oriented, etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
My former client Jonathan! He wanted to lose weight. Long story short we lost 43lbs! We worked together so effortlessly. Anything I asked of him regarding food, training, sleep, or stretching he did. He was able to take all of the information and create a brand new lifestyle now! He’s now lost a total of 50lbs!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure they know what the trainer you’re looking to hire knows what they’re doing! If you ask your hired trainer a question they should be able to answer it, and if they can’t answer it they should be willing to help you find that answer. Don’t be afraid to question (not in a defensive way, but to learn) your trainers methods. We’re here to help!
