I am a NASM Certified personal trainer and I run my fitness business FHIT CLUB. I have been an athlete my whole life and played Baseball. I have been a professional trainer for over 5 years. I have trained clients 1 on 1 in a private studio in Connecticut and here in Miami, and run a HIIT bootcamp here as well on south beach. Starting price is 90 per hour. It varies depending on location and if you want to purchase a package in bulk for cheaper.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Starting out going over goals, expectations, budget, etc. Then a assessment before the first session. Then starting out with a tailored plan for you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Bachelors degree and certified with NASM the highest personal training certification you can get!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was an athlete all my life. I started training in school and during college I got certified.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types. Men and woman of all ages ranging from kids to 80 years old.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they’re well rounded, have trained men and woman of all ages. And make sure their in shape! You have to preach what you’re selling!
