Introduction

Hello! I’m Holly Jones—an accomplished athlete, certified personal trainer, and your partner in reaching your fitness goals. Whether you prefer virtual sessions, one-on-one training, or small group workouts, I tailor my approach to fit your needs. I specialize in training clients of all ages, with experience ranging from seniors in my aerobic swim classes to adults (25–75) seeking strength, mobility, or sport-specific conditioning. As a former collegiate athlete, a black belt in jiu-jitsu, and a lifelong competitive soccer player, I bring firsthand knowledge of athletic performance and injury resilience. My clients see results—check out their before-and-after transformations! My programs blend functional movement, athletic agility drills, and physique sculpting, paired with nutrition coaching to help you sustain lasting progress. For soccer players and athletes, I integrate speed, agility, and injury-prevention training (like ACL/MCL strengthening) so you can perform at your peak while staying resilient. Let’s build a plan that works for *your* body and goals.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I give the first PT session free to see if we are a good fit. I personally believe it takes more than one session to really evaluate a client. I want to understand a client's strengths and areas they need to improve. I give discounted rates on packages. $85 a session. 5% off if a client books 4 sessions. 10% If a client books up to 12 sessions. 20% If a client books 20 or more sessions.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
The first session is a meet and greet. I go over the basics of what you understand about health and fitness. I ask my clients questions about their diet and health. I always evaluate my clients balance and functional movement. I want to understand my client's comfort zone when it comes to personal training. From this point, I proceed with my client to come up with a training regime that fits my client's needs and goals.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have a 4 year B.A. Degree from the University of Central Florida. I ran collegiate track and Field and played collegiate soccer. I worked for the Mizuno Sports brand running division for 7 years before having my children. I have my A.C.E. personal trainer certification I am certified in First Aid and CPR. I am a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu brown belt

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
After having children, I needed something more flexible than my previous business/sales career. I have been physically active my entire life. I understand the human body very well. My background and motivating personality, I wanted to inspire moms to get up and get back a part of themselves that's been pushed to the side after children, marriage, and career .

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with many different types of clients, and feel I can fit the needs of many. I prefer to work with young professionals, mothers trying to get back in shape, women who want to get moving. Women looking to stay active and bone healthy after menopause.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I believe its important for all human beings to find a physical activity they look forward to. My goal is to help them perform and feel their best. My most inspiring client was a 26 year old young man that was close to 100 pounds over weight. Within 6 weeks of training with me he dropped 36 pounds and close to 19% body fat. He trained 3 times a week. He trained for a 10k on the alternate days of our training routine, which helped keep him focused in between our training sessions. I educated him on how to change his diet to burn fat and grow muscle. He was on a tight budget and timeline, but we made it work. He left for the summer to work in New Jersey, when he came back in the winter he had not only kept the weight off but had lost another 30 pounds! I am glad I was part of his journey to better himself, he was such an inspiration.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Look for someone who fits the part of a personal trainer. Make sure they are personal training certified. And, most importantly, make sure they are the type of person/trainer that excites and motivates you to want to improve your overall health and well being.
