What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

First month only $150 12 (1 hour) sessions. Then a flat rate of $385 per month for 12 (1 hour) sessions per month. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Client consult is the first step. Let’s talk about your goals. All clients have different fitness goals which require different planing.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Learned to train since freshman high school. I always had a personal trainer/strength conditioning coach throughout football and rugby years from high school to college. I do CrossFit 2-3 days a week with strength training 4 days a week

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve always had a passion my whole life. In the past I just decided to become a firefighter/paramedic first.

What types of customers have you worked with?

20-30 years of age on average. Though my skills and knowledge will highly exceed expectations for all age groups.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be ready to work! Show up as many times as possible and be ready to work. Don’t give up.
