Introduction

I have been in the fitness industry for well over twenty years. This company is designed to encompass who I am and what I believe in. It embodies the whole scope of wellness, health, and fitness. I am fully committed to ensuring that my clients achieve whatever results they desire in a safe, honest and enjoyable atmosphere. I love watching the whole body, mind and spirit transformation process. Usually, people come to me with one specific goal. Within a short amount of time, they realize how their entire lives have changed for the better. That gives me the ultimate feeling of success. Please note: My rate is for 45 minute, intense sessions. Thumbtack does not allow me to edit the amount of time of my sessions in the rate section.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I keep it simple by accepting all forms of payment, including all major credit cards. Training sessions are sold in pre-paid packages.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
The first step is the full health-history evaluation and initial workout. This is an investment that you are about to make, and all of the above-mentioned is complimentary. You can try before you buy. After that initial meeting, I will have all of the information I need to design a customized plan for you so you can safely and effectively meet your goals. Every 3 months or so, we take your body measurements, including body fat, to gauge your progress and update your workouts as I deem necessary.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
My certification demands that I take continuing education courses on a yearly basis.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I consider myself very fortunate and blessed. I went to college, earned a degree in exercise science, and dedicated my professional career to doing what I love while being able to really make a positive impact on others' lives.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
* Post-surgical rehabilitation * Body building * Weight loss * Bone density increase * Lower back pain exercises and stretches * Flexibility training * Sport-specific training * Nutritional counseling * Posture improvements * Muscle gain * General strength and conditioning

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
As Nike says, JUST DO IT! I know the first step in making a change is thinking about making it, but at this point, you need to follow through and make the commitment to yourself and your future. It's worth it!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
A lot of people think that I work out for a living. This couldn't be farther from the truth. Client workouts are ALWAYS about the client and their needs. My workouts, while they are crucial to my body, mind and spirit, are done on my own time.
