How did you get started doing this type of work?

My love for medicine/science and sports led me to the Wellness field during my collegiate career as an athlete/ scholar at Johns Hopkins University.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with various populations along the east coast. Spanning from coaching teens to more mature clientele. Post-operative individuals to athletes. However my favorite clients are those with a positive open mind, great work ethic and dedication to their goals.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Every experience with my clients is special in it's own way. It provides us both with an opportunity to learn more about ourselves & grow. Regardless of the time frame the results that are achieved during my training experiences are all rewarding.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your research nothing speaks better than experience. Is your coach certified? Where have they worked previously? What type of populations have they worked with? What types of training/services do they provide? Don't be scared to invest if it's worth it. Your best investment is in your health!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

You should have a clear, realistic idea of your goals. Want to lose weight/ body fat....how much, what time frame? Also try to have a budget range of what you'd be able to allocate to your program. Specifics help us, help you better.
