What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

**SERVICES - Private one-on-one in-person training - In-person Virtual training - Online Nutrition / Training Coaching - Competition Prep Coaching ONLINE COACHING- entails me planning out your entire training and nutrition program for you to follow and you will check in with me on a bi weekly or weekly basis, changes are made according to how you're progressing and what is needed in order to reach your goals. IN-PERSON 1-1 TRAINING - is the traditional type of training where we meet in person and I coach you through your workout as well as oversee and plan your Nutrition and Training program on the days you are not with me. VIRTUAL in person training - is we meet in person over FaceTime, Skype or Zoom and I take you through your workout as if I was next to you. If needed I can also oversee and plan your Nutrition and Training program on the days you are not with me. COMPETITION PREP COACHING for BODYBUILDING COMPETITIONS As one of the judges for the NPC/IFBB I know exactly what the judges are looking for and help you get ready for your next show. Whatever you need I can create a plan that works for you! Whether that be just training alone or just diet alone or both.... I will create a plan that works with you and your daily schedule.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to speak to all my clients over the phone or if they are in the area, I am happy to meet with them. We will go over your goals and expectations, as well as do a few tests to see where you are currently with your strength and endurance level. After we go through all that, then we will go over what you need in order to get you where you want to be and to the next level.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

In addition to a BS and an MBA. I’m a Certified Trainer, Wellness and Nutrition Coach ISSA, NASM-CPT, NASM-CES, NASM- WLS Precision Nutrition and Level 1 TRX Functional Training. I have spent 12 years as a Bodybuilding Contest Prep, Health & Fitness Coach; solely working with athletes and competitors and overall 15 years as a One-on-One Trainer/Sports Nutritionist working privately with clients. My experience spans 15+ years in the fitness and health industry.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have had the pleasure of working with all types of people; from the beginner athlete, to the stay at home moms, national level competitors as well as IFBB Pros. I understand what it takes to be committed to your goals at all different levels.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

From experience I find that most clients always go for the cheapest price service. My advice is to choose a trainer/nutritionist that is good for you and you feel can help you reach your goals. Your health shouldn’t have a price tag. Many times the result of a cheaper coach/trainer is you get what you pay for. And as a result you end up going back to the trainer that was alittle more pricier and whom you originally wanted, but decided on going cheaper; now by doing that you have lost MORE money and TIME spent on reaching your goals. DO IT RIGHT the FIRST TIME!!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Clients should always ask questions. Figure out your needs and wants and ask the trainer/coach how will you get me to where I need to be. In addition if you’re NOT really serious in committing to a goal then don’t waste your time to “just look” When you’re ready go find your trainer. ☺️
