Day one, we get to know each other. I learn who you are and what motivates you. I then design a program that will get the best out of you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Bachelors Degree in kinesiology with a focus in exercise science and program design. I also have 5 certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) including a Fitness Nutrition Specialist certification.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My love for fitness began in high school when I played football. My motivation was my grandmas health issues that could have been prevented with diet and exercise.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with every type of client you could imagine from 8 to 80+ years of age, and every type of goal including weight loss, bodybuilding, athletic performance, rehab, and general fitness.
