What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Your paying for an experience not a service. This is an oppurtunity for anyone who truly wants the experience with a real trainer, coach or consultant who truly cares and delivers real, raw results. Personal training Packages are offered based on how many sessions per week. Group personal training is also offered at low rates. Personal training $30-$60per session Group personal training (3-5 people) $15-$25 per session

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

All clients get treated like family regardless of new or loyal clients. I work through with you from the ground up. Your job is to stay on the journey and I'll guide you every step of the way. Once you select your package I customize everything for you. After that we work hard on the plan presented.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Certified through ISSA as a Fitness trainer since 2004 Certified Dsw nutritionist MMA kickboxing certified Master Trainer

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After a career baseball injury I found myself overweight and out of shape. Depressed and upset I seeked out to change my life around through health and fitness. After accomplishing my goal others noticed and wanted me to help them. And so cortiz fitness was born inside my apartment studio 13 years ago. Now since then I've changed thousands of adults and kids all over Florida.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with every type of client. From obese individuals who have lost over 150lbs To Individuals who needed to gain 20lbs Or pro athletes in baseball, basketball and football To the new mothers after kids or brides to be. Or individuals looking to shred up and want that ultimate workout to get strength and lose body fat indiviindividuals who struggle with difficulties in life, food or any other issues and would like to grow out of them Businesses that seek clear direction in making a profit by using structure

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice is make sure you pay for someone who cares and listens to your actual needs. So many times I see people make that mistake. I care about you and will do everything to ensure your results you want.
