What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I always like to get a on a call to discuss prices because I provide different packages depending on each individuals goals. I want to hear about you first and see if we are a good fit for each other before even talking about the price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Start a chat via text, then get on a phone call. After our call if we are a good fit we will meet in person for the first consultation. I want to know what made you decide to take action and make a change.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 22 years of experience in and around the gym and fitness industry when. My journey started a long time ago. I’m AFAA/NASM certified. I’ve attended countless of in person trainings to keep my skill set sharp. But I think most importantly you’ll be able to feel at ease with my training methods. I have gift of connecting with people from all walks of life.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve always enjoyed helping others, even with small things like holding a door open. However, when it comes to helping another human being transform their life and health, there’s no other feeling. Seeing first hand how beneficial it is to live a healthy lifestyle I feel morally obliged to spread the knowledge.
