Introduction

In order to provide our members and athletes with a product above and beyond the rest, a service truly in a category of one, we had to break away from today's current trends and norms within the industry. We take pride in evaluating and discovering as much as we possibly can about the goals, bodies, and lives of each individual that walks through the doors of SEDULOUS and providing a personalized experience from day one. After a thorough questionnaire, comprehensive range of motion assessment, and full functional movement screen, we design unique and specific training programs with a proven track record of effectiveness, in order to help each individual athlete achieve the benefits they desire most. Your program will include workouts you will not only love to complete (some you love to hate), but also workouts you trust to produce results!

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We are very competitively priced as we strongly believe in our product/service. Please understand the estimated price per session is an average. Cost varies dependent on frequency as well as if you're wanting to train at the facility or have a coach commute to you. Confident in our knowledge and experience, we have no doubt that we will provide upmost value worth the investment. With that being said, we won't discount that value too much, however, we are more than willing to work with you and are sure that we can find an option that works best for you!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
The first thing we will do is schedule a consultation to come into the facility! This allows them to get a feel for the facility and allows us to get to know each other better in person. I will ask further questions about lifestyle, fitness goals, current habits, etc. and then we will go on to assess things further with body composition, mobility/imbalances and current movement patterns! After that point, we will discuss my suggestions based on what we learned and go forward in the best way we can!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have a Crossfit Level 1 certification as well as a USAW Level 1 Strength Coach certification. I provide Assisted Stretching and Myofascial Bodywork as well. I am always looking for ways to enhance myself as a Trainer and am soon looking into getting further nutrition certifications.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Being athletic myself, I figured I’d pursue something that I had base knowledge and passion for so I decided to enhance my knowledge and receive certifications to take people on this life changing journey as well.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I’ve worked with every type of client under the sun. I work with clients as young as 10 and as old as 70, clients looking to lose weight and others looking to gain muscle, those who compete competitively in Olympic Weightlifting and Water Sports to those who want to just come in to feel good. Any goal, age, gender, etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I have a client in his 60s who initially struggled to sit down onto a chair and stand back up without assistance, today he does advanced movements with no issue after working with me for just over a year.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would tell someone to not only find someone who knows what they’re talking about, but also find someone who cares for you as a person. Personal Training is certainly about attaining results, but the relationship you have with your Trainer is incredibly important as well.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Everyone should ask themselves what their goals are and their deeper WHY behind it. It’s very easy to lose motivation and desire when you have a superficial and basic goal. But when you dig deeper, that’s when you stick to the plan. Find your why and that’ll be the driving force to get you started and keep you going.
