Introduction

My name is Briana (call me Bri). I am a certified personal trainer and performance enhancement specialist. I have a professional athlete background as I have recently played professional basketball overseas from 2015-2021. I specialize in functional training and sports performance training. I am all about working with elite people who are focused and disciplined when it comes to reaching their health and fitness goals—no matter if you have a 9-5, you’re an entrepreneur or you play a sport. I want my clients to not only looking good but feel good with the end goal of making working out a lifestyle. I go at your pace and based off of your progress. I realize everyone isn’t on the same level and that’s totally fine. I am all about quality, motivation and accountability and that’s what a lot of trainers lack and I promise to deliver that trifecta to all my clients. My style of training will challenge you for the better!
