Noting that America is the most uneducated continent within the health and fitness industry, I’ve gone outside of my certification (ASFA), to learn Health and Fitness on a world view, which is why I’ve been able to help heal and improve client conditions that even doctors & medicines can’t. I also specialize in resistance training, agility training, strength training, functional, boxing, and other various styles for the Athlete or common person whether be it fat loss or muscle gain goal. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am certified with ASFA but I consider myself better educated than most Coaches in America because it's factual that U.S. is the most uneducated country when it comes to health and fitness. I chose to continue my studies with a "World View" on Health and Fitness. Especially when it comes to nutrition I coach based off of your body's Macronutrients requirements (since carbs, proteins, fats, cals control the body's muscle & fat) and based off your Blood Type (finding what foods are beneficial, neutral, and avoids).

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Before i started my own fitness journey in 2012, I was a Georgia boy living in Florida, you know, Sun Shine half naked lifestyle state. I was still living with my family, desperately trying to move out for the last 2 years. I was working a retail freight job that I hated, in full time school, & was trying to side hustle with my art. But most of all, I was heavily insecure in my body. So much so that at the beach, i would wear a undersized shirt & a water rash guard on top to hold my man boobs and overlapping stomach in. I just didn’t feel like, well “myself”, especially being someone who used to enjoy sports as a kid. Then one day my “Right Brain” turned up and said “You’re an artist. You have a body. Make your body Art”. Haha nah foreal ! From that day on, I made the decision to turn my body into its most genetically aesthetic form. I felt so good about myself and the people that started to ask me for advice, that I decided that I wanted to help others achieve a healthier mind, body, and better security in themselves as well! But every great coach knows every player isnt the same. Just cus I transformed my body, doesn’t mean what i did will work for the next person. So i got my life together , the education & the certification all to start transforming lives... the right way. Now I’m a back in my home city doing just that, through One on One Training, Group Classes, & even Children’s Book Authoring with my 5 Volume series, “Bshack’s Exercise Book for Kids” where I’ve been able to spread health, fitness, & cultural diversity to children all over!

Helping a client in Cali get off of Rheumatoid Arthritis meds just from Nutrition Coaching her. She has been severely dealing since 15 and at 36 we were able to get her off of meds. You can check her transformation in photos !

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are educated PAST whatever American curriculum acquired knowledge they have. Most American “health professionals” are heavily miseducated because the US is the most uneducated country in the world with health and fitness. I personally find myself healing/ helping people Doctors and others can’t help, because my knowledge isn’t confined to what our country has to offer. Make sure you FEEL that they are passionate about what they do and your goals. A trainer who cares will ALWAYS overdeliver
