What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

-Sessions are 60 minutes $ 50 -NO CONTRACT -ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING (No group training). -Training is customized to meet your GOALS and BODY Type. If you are consistent and do all we ask you, you'll see the results you desire. -Virtual sessions available $50 per session.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We schedule a consultation call to discuss your goals, pricing and location. If we agree on all of the above, then we schedule a consultation (free) and fitness assessment test. We take your measurement, discuss your previous workout history, nutrition and any health issues/limitations.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was on the border of high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Family history of life style disease/ metabolic syndrome, made me chose a career in Health and Fitness. My goal is to change one life at a time and save people from Prescriptions and Dr visits. Good health, live longer, travel more and live happier.

What types of customers have you worked with?

DIFFERENT GOALS: Clients who have had surgeries ie hip, knee and other joint replacement Clients who have gone through bariatric surgery Clients desiring to loose weight: combination of strength, conditioning and cardiovascular exercises. Clients preparing for special occasions such as Weddings Working on shredding, sculpting or toning; our programs include low weights high reps, plyometrics, HIIT and resistance training. Working on building muscle; our programs involve muscle isolation, low reps and heavy weight lifting.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My best project was working on myself. I went from being a gym distress to a gym lover. Lost 30 lbs in 5 months. The most important part, is I've managed to maintain my weight several years later. Client who wanted to loose weight and get off pre-diabetic medication and we achieved that in less than a year. my first client who lost 10 lbs in a month and Dr. got her off cholesterol medications.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask yourself where you want to be 10 years from now? Do you want to live on medication? Are you taking proper care of yourself; mentally, physically, emotionally, etc? How many times a week are you willing to commit to the program? Is money a factor? If so, we have budget friendly packages that will help you achieve your results/goals.
