Introduction

I have the ability to motivate people to get them to do things they didn't think they could do. You don't have to yell and scream at someone to get the best out of them. I'm here for the beginners to the advanced athletes. I have been certified for the last 8 years but have over 25 years of workout experience. I am also knowledgeable in multiple high school and college sports as I have played at both levels. We will focus on strength, agility, cardio, and flexibility for your entire body. I charge $25 dollars for 30 minute sessions and $50 dollars for hour sessions. You will be smoked but feel great no matter which session you choose. I enjoy being able to do what I love. I enjoy helping people when I can in or out of the gym.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I figure out what their fitness level is so I can go about planning a customized workout. I have designed the workouts for all Fitness levels. They are just modified to each person.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
To keep a certification you must keep up to date with the times. Every 2 years you have to take a test to keep your certification and learn new things about the fitness industry. I am certified through NCCPT.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I have been working out and playing sports most of my life. I wanted to have a job that I was knowledgeable in and also was something that I enjoyed doing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with every type. Men, women, young, and older, even kids. I have also worked with people with disabilities. I train the beginner to the established athlete. I basically train the guy who can bench press 350 pounds all the way to my clients in wheelchairs and the ones in assisted living facilties.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I really like training people who have never worked out before. I'm actually training a few of those people now. I keep track of reps and weights lifted. It's amazing to them the progress they make in such a short period of time.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure that they are knowledgeable. Also make sure you have a connection with that person not just someone who tells you to lift up and down.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Make sure you let the trainer know your goals. Make sure you are both on the same page.
