Pricing depends on the program. I offer 3 programs: 5-week JumpStart, 12-week or 16-week Basic Transformation and 26-week Total Transformation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I assess your goals, lifestyle, and current habits to create a customized program. We set milestones, track progress, and adjust as needed for optimal results with 1:1 weekly coaching sessions, daily direct text messaging available for 24/7 and science-proven Cognitive Behavioral Change Coaching and expert guidance.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Bachelor's in Linguistics and Spanish and a Master's in Communication, Spanish, and French from the University of Maryland, plus certifications as Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Group Fitness Instructor and Wellness Coach. I have been trained by top coaches around the world and have coached many clients in 5 languages in various countries. I am a former Track & Field elite athlete and the 2024 Maryland State Ms. Fitness Champion at age 50.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve been an athlete my entire life. Since I was 18 years old, I have worked as a coach. Through long years of competing professionally, I have dedicated my life to coaching to help others achieve health, fitness, and personal transformation.

For the past 6 months, I worked with a 47-year old obese client who faced significant health challenges, including metabolic issues and joint pain. Through my 26-week Transformation Program, he lost over 100 lbs through a customized fitness and nutrition plan tailored to his needs and limitations. Beyond the weight loss, he gained strength, mobility, and a new sense of confidence. This transformation wasn’t just about numbers on a scale—it was about reclaiming his health and building sustainable habits for life.
