Introduction

I am looking for serious, coachable and committed individuals who know for sure that they want to workout. I train clients with a straight-forward approch and traditional style, using principles from bodybuilding, power lifting, calisthenics with pilates and yoga. Kettlebells, bands, bodyweight movements, balls, barbells, and dumbbells are all used to burn fat, build muscle tone, strengthen the total body, and condition the core. Good form is paramount. Ladies fear not. You need relative resistance to burn fat. My experience, caring approach, and versatile program make me the best choice for personal training in Atlanta. No trainer has a better combination of attributes. Ask about prices for 20m, 30m, 45m and 1 hour sessions. Many happy references available. Ask about my Sunday SpinSculpt program program in Buckhead. Available for yoga groups and solo

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Price starts at $55 for 30 minutes but will vary with distance if I have to travel

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
After an initial conversation I offer a free session. We then decide if there is a good enough fit to move forward as client/trainer officially.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Life experience passion for varied knowledge in this field, working out/competing, hiring my own trainers and many years of study

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I wanted big muscles. I wanted to hit homeruns. After obtaining results people asked me for training.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I give nutritional advice, Sometimes we are more than a trainer but an ear to bend or even a shoulder to cry on. I like to have my clients network with each other. Ex: One client was a professional dog sitter and 2 others needed care for their dogs. They are all very happy.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Get references always. After hiring a trainer that you know is competent, listen her/him. Ask questions and give feedback but let the trainer lead/coach you
