What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Before you ever commit to our coaching style you'll receive a free consult with us to talk about your goals, needs and determine the frequency of training to best fit you. Only after this consult will we discuss beginning your training program and setting up your payment.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I realized how passionate I was about fitness in college when working out was the only thing keeping me sane through some traumatic times. After college a decided that all I wanted to do was help people see how empowering it can be to really care for you health and wellness. I made the career change in 2015 and have devoted all of my time and energy of that last 6 years to gaining education and improving my skills.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Women with a history of disorded eating or a negative relationship with food, busy professionals, athletes, pre/post-natal mothers, clients recovering from mild to severe injuries, bodybuilders, powerlifters & general public.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

ALWAYS look for their credentials! I've always said that you see doctors to help you heal and you see trainers and coaches to help prevent illness. You would never see a doctor that didn't go to medical school so why would you see a trainer that hasn't been certified.

Ask yourself what you expect from a coach and what you need to reach your specific goals.
