What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

If clients are looking for in person training we usually have them start with one or two sessions to see if it’s a good fit for what they are looking for and then for online training you can go through a free session virtually or free week online to see if it is a good fit for what you are looking for as well. From there the individual will decide what works best for them and we start custom tailoring their workouts and routines to help accomplish their goals!
