Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our 30-minute, highly efficient, workouts save you time and money!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
The initial assessment can take place over the phone, in person or online. This helps us to understand your baselines and your desired goals. Then we can construct a plan that suits your time and budget.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
A four-year masters degree, 25 years experience as a personal trainer and 14 years as the head of Brayge Sports & Fitness has enriched my life with knowledge and experience that I love to share.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Having the opportunity to work with some elite athletes and trainers, including the strength and conditioning coach for the San Francisco 49ers, in the late 80's ignited a flame inside of me. That flame continues to grow every time we are able to help someone.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have been fortunate to work with a wide array of people from tweens to 90's. Small and large business owners, surgeons, doctors, nurses, PT's, stay at home parents, paraplegics, quadriplegics, teachers and the list continues. The diversity of people is one of the great benefits of this vocation.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Helping a 93-year-old lady build the strength and stamina to continue her vibrant and independent life. Helping a gentleman who was in a race car accident attain the strength, mobility, and endurance that doctors thought impossible. Helping a 40-year-old woman reach a physical state that she can play with her kids, tear up the tennis court and hit the slopes.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Don't go to a box gym. Don't sign contracts! Look at their track record. Are they smart and safe? Look for someone with experience and not for someone that is pushing a product or a quick fix.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
A good trainer will ask you what your goals are. A great trainer will find your weaknesses and strengthen them. Ask the trainer how he or she plans to develop your liabilities into assets.
