Pricing is based on your needs, as low as $99 to $50 per session of 1 on 1. $99 would be for program design each month for you to perform workouts on your own time.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Free Session to get a try out. It is important that I know what kind of fitness level you are in before we hit the ground running. What are your goals? What are you training for?

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I enjoy working with individuals towards their goals. To see a change in someones body, attitude and overall lifestyle is awesome. I am glad I get to be a part of it.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have had a client very recently working towards running again and we have finished a 10k together. It was great to see him back out there working hard and I was glad I got to share it with him. Another client I have had major knee surgery and could not even carry her own child. That has changed quickly, she has a 4 year old boy and was able to carry him up the stairs.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure to know what you are getting, what kind of trainer do you want? Someone that is going to push you? A Teacher? Someone that is going to teach you a different lifestyle?
