What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We have a three step process 1- Initial Phone Consultation 2- Complimentary In-Person Fitness Assessment 3- Program selection and startup

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have certifications from one of the best personal training schools available, NASM. I am a certified trainer, a certified nutrition coach, and a certified corrective exercise specialist thru the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am also a certified PMP thru the Project Management Institute.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After losing my grandmother to Diabetes and not being able to help her I made a commitment to learn as much about health a fitness as possible. I then went and got educated thru NASM and started my first job as a trainer in 2005.

Pretty much everyone. All genders, ages, races, and religions.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of the most recent projects we are proud of is a client that lost 50lbs in 7 months.

Be sure they are certified and can show you their credentials if requested.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

1. Are their goals realistic? 2. What they feel they need the most help with? 3 . What derailed them from reaching their goals in the past and what changes have they made to prevent it from occurring again? 4. The type of trainer they prefer (cheerleader or drill sergeant). 5. How committed are they to reaching their goals on a scale from 1-10?
