Introduction

I help busy parents lose weight while improving their strength and mobility so they can move like kids, with their kids! I’ve worked with over 200 clients ranging from seniors who need rehabilitation work all the to high school varsity athletes looking to improve their sport performance. If you’re a busy parent who currently lacks physical activity, mobility, and strength, I’d be happy to help you through in-person training and/or virtual training.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My pricing is Industry standard, but I include perks and features that many other competitors don’t.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I set realistic goals and expectations for my customers to make sure they are enjoying their fitness and weight loss journeys. I help them set and tackle micro, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals with accountability strategies I developed over the last few years. Once my clients can prove to me that they can lose their desired weight and keep it off for at least 3 months, then they can take the next steps in their fitness journey on their own. I will always be there as a guide, but my main objective is to educate, motivated, and inspire my clients to learn how to live a healthy lifestyle!
