What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I have a few different packages. Everyone has a different time line and goal. I do not punish anyone for needing to train longer than most. My price reflects my 33 years as a Leader in this Industry and my many other qualifications (Professor, Ph D. ,Nutritionist, CSCS) and my incredible ability to achieve life changing results. You can find plenty cheaper, but none better. You get what you pay for.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

It starts with a conversation. I want to know what it is that the Client really wants, not just out of there bodies, but life in general. Then I use my 30 plus years of expertise and help piece it together.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Ph D. in Kinesiology, 33 years as a Personal Trainer I am a Nutritionist and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I have decades of experience as a Manager of Gyms and a former VP. of a few Major Fitness training gyms.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Fitness has been a passion of mine since childhood. My Father was a professional fighter, he taught me everything about fitness and nutrition. Most important he taught me to love myself as is. We can always make improvements to better our lives, but without health, we have nothing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Every one from Movie stars, politicians to soccer Moms, Teachers and specials needs. Everyone is welcome to train here.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Taking My Friend and Client from over 450 pounds to 170 pounds. It gave her a new lease on life. The journey was both physical and mental, she is a better stronger woman for it.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask questions, I ask Clients to close there eyes and dream out loud.Let me know what you really want. A healthy body both physically and aesthetically are so personal it takes trust and motivation. Let me help you change your life.

1. What health and fitness goals they want to achieve. 2. Do they have a specific look, feel or size they want to be. 3. Is this a lifestyle change or a quick fix.
