Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Please contact me directly to ask about pricing. I offer 1-on-1 personal training rates and small group personal training rates. I offer monthly packages to make it more affordable for the clients and the rates vary depending on how many days per week you are committed to workout sessions.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
New customers will go through a thorough evaluation so I can gain a better understanding of who I am working with and what your goals, needs, and wants are. We will go through a basic Q&A to understand injury history, workout history, and goals. From there we will get into the movement screen so I can gain a better understanding of where the client is physically. We will finalized the process by taking the clients through a mini workout session.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold

I have numerous certifications including - Certified Personal Trainer- National Academy of Sports Medicine - Master of Fitness Education - International Youth Strength and Conditioning Coach - Certified Speed and Agility Coach - Functional Movement Screen -

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I have been working as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach for more than 15 years. I started because I was a former college athlete and my goal was to play at the highest level my potential would allow me to. My goal is to help my clients and athletes recognize and achieve their potential to enhance their health, fitness, and performance. I saw the benefits of proper strength and conditioning as an athlete and how that translated to better performance, that is my goal for all of my clients and athletes.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with a myriad of customers ranging from youth to progressional athletes and general pop clients ranging from different ages, backgrounds, injury history, workout history, and goals.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I am currently working on building my services for small group personal training. Personal Training costs upwards of $100/session. This option focuses on lifting weights, building strength, conditioning, and improving performance in a group of 2-4 people executing a structured program that is progressed on a monthly basis to make the workouts more challenging in a safe and effective manner. Working in this setting allows you to get the same personalized coaching as you would in a traditional 1-on-1 personal training setting while working on building strength, lean muscle, losing fat, and enhancing performance. We understand it takes a strong community to achieve the results you desire. The combination of strength training and conditioning is the best possible way to create the body transformation that leads to sustainable results. You will have the ability to connect with and train alongside other like-minded people who are supportive, encouraging, and hold each other accountable to getting the results you want at a more affordable rate.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would recommend that you look into their personal training experience, background, and who they have worked with and helped get results. Also, how invested are they in their continuing education and staying up to date on the best ways to help their clients achieve the best possible results that lead to sustainable body transformation and improving their quality of life.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Ask about how the process works and how they will help you achieve the results you desire. Personal training is results based. From my perspective, I would want to know how committed you are and what sacrifices you are wiling to make to achieve the results you desire. We need to be able to communicate effectively and work together to get to where you want to go.
