What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After an interview new clients can expect to have various aspects of their fitness and mobility tested for progress analysis. After starting several sessions will be largely devoted to education and safety training for various g movements based on the client's fitness background.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been a personal trainer for 5 years, nearly done with a B.S. in exercise science and before that I was in the Navy where I spent time working as a command fitness leader.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My wife and I both have had a passion for helping people not only be fit, but achieve wellness through toxic free living, fitness and nutrition.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I expect customers to take the investment that they have made in my time seriously. I will work hard for you, but i expect my clients to diligent with their programs. I can give you the tools you need to achieve your fitness goals, but you must have the personal conviction to stay on track the 23 hours a day you're not working out.
