I’ve completed over 30,000 hours of one-on-one personal training since 2010. My programs are fully personalized and based on scientific principles. The listed rates apply to sessions where I come to your home or apartment gym. If you're looking for a more affordable option, we can also train at my private studio . The first consultation session is always free. During this session, I’ll assess your posture and movement, learn about your goals, and create a custom plan just for you.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Understanding my client's habits and lifestyle forms the core of my program. Then I do a postural analysis and which tells me about muscle imbalances. Afterward, I deal with muscle flexibility and tendon strengthening for 4-6 weeks. This is called anatomical adaptation. The next phase changes according to need (weight-loss, strength, cardio, hybrid or posture training)

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A former male member of ours wanted to buy one-on-one exercise counseling. When he came to me he had back pain, poor posture, excess fat in his lower back, cholesterol triglyceride problems due to sitting and his father had died of a heart attack. He was very worried that he would have chronic heart problems in the future. We started our exercise program and did classes 3-4 times a week in a disciplined way for 1 year. and he dropped from 287 pounds to 181 pounds in 1 year with only 11 pounds of muscle loss. His cholesterol, triglyceride, and liver fat levels were normalized. His life has completely changed and he still weighs 181 kilos since 2 years. He is super happy !

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I'm not interested in increasing motivation, it's about discipline. My goal is to bring exercise discipline to the person I work with and to be a trainer who teaches them how to exercise correctly. This person doesn't have to work with a trainer all their life. But a trainer working 1on1 has to teach them how to exercise correctly. I know that I am not a cheap trainer. I have dedicated my life to this work and this science to give good service. By paying the session fee you will buy an intense experience.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Subjects such as life habits, exercise history, injury history, medical operation history, if any, genetic history are the parts that interest me theoretically. If I can understand the problem well, I can produce the healthiest solution.
