What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, I do the posture analysis , body measurements and strengtht and cardio endurance test. After the first assessment I create a training plan. If you are a beginner we start with anatomic adaptation. After that, whatever our goal is (Gaining muscles or losing fat) we start working out on that plan. In every 2 months or 20 workout we do the assessment again to see the improvements

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started coaching back in 2009 and instantly fall in love with it. To being able to teach people how to create mind & body connection, and make them aware of the motion they are capable of, became my passion. I live for the moments when someone finally achieves something they did not know they could, finding confidence within themselves, and knowing I contributed to that success.
