What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
What is your typical process for working with a new customer? I start with a free introductory session to understand your goals, fitness level, and any past injuries. From there, I create a personalized plan designed to meet your needs, whether it’s losing weight, building muscle, or improving mobility. You’ll get expert guidance, regular check-ins, and tailored workouts to ensure steady progress. I’m here to make fitness simple, enjoyable, and sustainable—so you can achieve results that last. Let’s get started!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I’m a certified personal trainer through NASM, specializing in building muscle and losing fat with personalized, results-driven programs. While I prioritize strength training and fat loss, I also incorporate mobility work to ensure proper movement patterns and injury prevention. My approach combines professional knowledge and a passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals effectively and sustainably.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I’ve always loved fitness, especially boxing. After battling cancer, I found myself deconditioned, feeling slower, heavier, and fatter. That struggle showed me how tough it can be to start over, which is why I’m passionate about helping others overcome similar challenges. I went from being fit to out of shape and worked my way back—now, I’m here to help you do the same.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I’ve worked with a variety of clients, from those who are just starting their fitness journey to others who’ve faced setbacks like injury or illness. Many of my clients have struggled with consistency or have tried fitness before without seeing lasting results. I specialize in helping people who’ve experienced setbacks, whether it’s getting back into shape after a long break or overcoming obstacles like weight gain, injury, or illness. My focus is on building strength, losing fat, and helping clients feel confident and empowered throughout the process.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One recent project I’m particularly proud of was working with a client who had gained weight and found herself feeling deconditioned after taking some time away from fitness. She struggled to stay consistent, but we focused on creating a routine that was manageable and aligned with her goals. After three months of consistent effort, she regained strength, shed the extra weight, and developed a lasting mindset for fitness. The transformation wasn't just physical—it was about helping her get back on track and feel empowered. It was incredibly rewarding to see her progress and build a routine that worked for her long-term!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
That the need to be disciplined no matter who is helping them..

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Make sure the trainer has a passion for helping clients reach their potential, not just for working out.
