What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I like to work down from $70.00 dollars a session. The more session someone buys the cheaper the session are.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to meet and go over fitness goals. Then give a free assessment going over weight and body fat. Them go over physical history.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Well I am International Sport Science Association Personal Trainer Certified. I also am American Heart Association C.P.R. Certified.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Back in college I went to Northeastern university. Where I study communication. I would go to the gym and work out and found myself helping other while training. I was offered a job and never looked back.

Bring a client from type two diabetes to a normal state of health.

Have your mind in it so you could push threw your work outs.

Money so it won't be a problem when you are finally committed.
