Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing reflects the value of personalized training in a small-group setting, giving you individualized attention at a fraction of the cost of one-on-one personal training. We offer flexible membership options based on how often you'd like to train. There are no hidden fees, and your first Starting Point Session is free. Occasionally, we run promotions or referral discounts—be sure to ask!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We begin with a complimentary Starting Point Session, where we get to know your goals, assess your movement, and review any injuries or concerns. From there, we build a personalized fitness plan tailored to you. You’ll train in a small group with expert coaching and ongoing support to track progress and make adjustments as needed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
All of our coaches are certified personal trainers with specialized education in areas like corrective exercise, strength training, mobility, and injury prevention. They also receive ongoing training through Alloy’s national system, which is backed by over 30 years of research and results.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Alloy was founded with a passion for helping people live stronger, healthier lives—especially those who may feel overlooked in traditional gyms. We saw a need for smart, sustainable training that meets people where they are, and we built a system to deliver just that—through professional coaching, personal attention, and a supportive community.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with adults of all ages and fitness levels, from beginners to athletes. Many of our members are busy professionals, retirees, or people returning to fitness after injuries. Whether your goal is to get stronger, move better, lose fat, or simply feel more confident, we’ve helped someone just like you.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One of our members came in post-retirement, unsure about strength training and nervous about joint pain. Within three months, she saw significant improvements in strength, posture, and energy levels—all while training safely with modifications. Now, she looks forward to every session and feels better than she has in years. It’s transformations like this that keep us inspired.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Look for a program that offers personalization, qualified coaches, and a proven system. Avoid generic workouts or high-intensity trends that don’t adjust to your body or goals. The best programs provide consistency, progress tracking, and real support—not just a workout.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
- What are your specific goals—strength, weight loss, mobility, confidence? - Do you have past injuries or health concerns that need to be considered? - What kind of environment helps you thrive—group, solo, or guided coaching? - Are you ready to commit to a consistent routine that fits your lifestyle Knowing these answers helps us design the right plan to get you where you want to go.
