What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

In-Home Training sessions are sold on a month-to-month or package options. Range is $70-$90 per session depending on commitment and frequency. Online App based coaching, and the accompanying coaching calls are structured on a month-to-month basis. Range is $99-$250 per month. Remote/Virtual (1-on-1 Live) Sessions are sold as a month-to-month or in bundles/packages. Sessions range from $35-$50 per session. Discounts are available to first responders and active military.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Step 1: Your free consultation. We schedule and day and time that’s suitable and set up a Zoom/FaceTime/Phone call. Step 2: We cover your goals, health history and expectations before collecting biometric data (if applicable) and working through a movement analysis to create a starting point. Step 3: The workout component is light, instructional and provides insight as to the training style and structure based on your individual goals and needs. Step 4: If it’s a good fit and your ready to commit to training, we look at the schedule, block out your times and I organize your supporting documents and tools for success. Step 5: You get fitter stronger, happier and healthier!!!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

+15 years as NASM Certified Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist, Precision Nutrition Coach, plus additional training and certs with Functional Movement Screens, TRX, Post Rehab Conditioning and Online Trainer Academy. I have competed over 30 thousand in-person sessions with hundreds of different clients.

Every customer has a unique set of goals and needs, and I’ve worked with every combination. If I feel the goals and expectations of the potential client is outside my scope, I’ll be honest and refer out. I've worked with professional athletes, to stay at home parents, to post rehab patients, and everyone in between.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ensure the trainer is passionate, dedicated, reliable, and enjoyable to talk to. Education is obviously important, but experience it critical.
