Introduction

I am a Certified Personal Train. I love seeing my clients put in the work to accomplish their goals and I especially like see the transformation. I stay connected to them even when I'm not training them. We either text or email one another a couple times a week. I love when a client tells me they can see the changes in their bodies and they couldn't sleep at night and now I can sleep without any problems.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Every year I sign up for fitness training classes or nutrition.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I am a Professional Natural Fitness Competitor. I started working out because my doctor told me to for health reasons. I wanted to show other people what I have learned so, I decided to start my business as a Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Most of my clients work in a circuit and I actually add some cardio while they workout to keep the heart rate up.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Meenu was a client that came to me to loose the last 20lbs. I really didn't know how serious she was but, she follow my advice very carefully and she was able to achieve her goals in 90 days. She train with me 3 days a week.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I may not be the cheapest Trainer but, I know I am the best at what I do because, this is what, I do all day everyday and I love it.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What goals you want to achieve for your fitness and health for longevity. When we become older we want to be mobile without having to use equipment and keep are balance.
