What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to first assess my clients goals, their general fitness levels, and their diet. From there I work with my clients to set a plan that works best for them to reach their health and fitness goals.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been an ACE certified personal trainer for 4 years. I have certifications in functional training and nutrition coaching.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started off as a physical therapy technician and really enjoyed helping people recover from injuries. I got certified as a trainer as an intermediate job to becoming a physical therapist. I LOVED it so much I decided to stay a trainer!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work primarily with women looking to lose baby weight. I also work a lot with people from 40-70 with chronic back/hip/knee/shoulder pain.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking for a personal trainer the most important traits to look for is someone who actively listens to you and who builds their programs around your wants and needs.
