What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I enjoy meeting people face-to-face and building rapport with their families; I want to solve their problems and ease their pain. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I graduated from Oakland University in 2012. I'm affiliated with the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise and I've volunteered for non-profit groups for 9 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I had a stuttering issue as a child, but I overcame it. I wanted to be a Doctor, but I joined an internship and learned personal training instead; this lead to the start of The StephenHooper Company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with elementary, middle and high school students, police officers, military veterans and other volunteer associations.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I helped a client lose over 100 pounds; everything depends on whether or not you're serious about getting your problems solved or not.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask if the provider practices what he/she preaches, because to be a person of influence, you must come from a place of authority. Ask if he/she has built their authority in serving others before attempting to influence.
