Your subscription includes 2-way messaging support from me, plus access to a community of like-minded women on our exclusive in app community support.
Pillar #4: Learn and grow with a small community! Our classes hold up to 3 individuals where we take your needs in account as we progress together through the program.

If you are looking for classes without all the bells and whistles, BeYou Fitness has several 1x purchase packages that last up to 2 months. You get our once-a-week hand out for our nutrition/ fitness subject for the month.
1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES:
In- person: This is where we do a personalized in person session a few days a week.
We work on developing fundamentals and taking you through each phase of lifting.
Working with whatever level you are at; we will develop your skills. This session is 65 to 70 minutes of custom programming based on a wellness evaluation that you would do before we start working together.
This ensures we know what areas of strength, flexibility, and mobility need to be addressed inside the program while we are building strength and endurance.
What You Get:
• Customized In-Gym Programming: Designed for your specific fitness level, from beginners to intermediate lifters.
• 1x a week hand out based on the subject we talk about during the month. If you do the all -access plan you get unlimited hand out whenever you want them.

• In-App Progress Tracking: Stay accountable with bi-weekly check-in on habits and biometrics.
Full Access in person:
This would be a full training program where we work in person together and have access to an online app. with the works.
Full-on customized nutrition, programming, habit development, support, to get you from point A to point B Faster.
