What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a consult to discuss goals and expectations for training. Next, we have the initial sessions where we test to establish a baseline and go over common exercises and technique. Based on the results, I will write a workout protocol to help you achieve your goals.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology MSU Track and Field athlete

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I was 12 years old I wanted to play sports in college but was not very fast or agile. I started researching strength training to help me get faster and stronger for sport. That's where it all started. I followed a strict diet and trained everyday and eventually achieved my goal. I signed for MSU track and field in 2015. I choose kinesiology as my study and continued my education to become a personal trainer.
