The cost is $50 per hour... but you would typically set up a discounted 30-day package for your initial needs......This would make the hourly cost $40 or less......Examples...4 sessions over 30 days for $160 (meeting once per week)......8 for $300 (2 times per week)......12 for $400 (3 times per week).......16 for $500 (4 times per week)....... 20 for $600 (5 times per week)..... We will discuss payment options and meeting frequency, along with any expectations you might have...Everyone will sign a risk and liability waiver form...Training clients are required to complete the Fitness Evaluation before beginning sessions...This includes comprehensive testing and discussion...You will receive a copy of your results and a customized program at your 1st training session... Health Coaching is similar, but has many other variables...You can negotiate what type of schedule and services you require (in-person meetings, phone or online coaching).

I have always been interested in sports and coaching...I started my own business in 1992 soon after becoming certified as a trainer.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with all ages and lifestyles...I have worked with people from 5 to 91 years of age...The average age range would be 35 to 65.....Most of my clients are female...Personal training and coaching clients most often ask for help with weight loss or injury recovery...I frequently work with people for exercise once they've finished physical therapy.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have quite a few long term clients (for maintenance)...They may take a bit of time off here and there, but some I have known for over 20 years...They are my favorites.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check around and compare... Do you need a gym or spa?...Or do you prefer someone coming to your own home?...What is the personality of the person who will be working with you?...Do they meet all of your needs well enough?...I offer a unique experience of working out of my own home...There is a reduced rate for this because I don't have to spend the time travelling around the area...Some people prefer the solitude combined with ability to get away from home.
