We have plans that are customizable to anyone’s goals and current aspirations. We focus on lifestyle, thinking long term, and want to help you develop habits that will Be long lasting. Let’s set up your initial session and consultation and find what’s best for you and your fitness vision!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After contacting, I set up a free session/consultation appointment where I will assess your goals and workout history, take you through a brief workout and then set up a training program that’s customized and designed specifically for you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

B.S. Exercise Science, NCCPT certified, 10 years Personal Training/Health Club industry experience. 7 Men’s Physique competitions on the national level, 2x Mr. Grand Rapids Physique, and Pro Natural Bodybuilder. 16 years personal workout/nutrition experience. Over 3500 clients helped!

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types of people, fitness goals, injuries, experience levels, ages, and personalities. From 13 to 89, clients who have never worked out in their life, to lifelong gym goers looking to go next level to pro athletes. Clients looking to improve balance, flexibility and core strength, to endurance, strength and power. Also weight loss, toning, losing inches and losing body fat.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It’s important to have a program and plan that’s customized and tailored to your individual fitness level and goals. To have an experienced trainer that has worked extensively with all fitness levels and has safely guided each one in small steps towards their goal is key. A trainer is a motivator, encourager, coach, mentor and friend. You really do get what you pay for with personal training, to get the absolute best and most knowledgeable trainer, as an investment in your body, health and future, will be worth it. You only have one body, invest the best in it!

Working out is hard. It takes a commitment to achieve your fitness goals. With training, you want someone who lives and breathes fitness as a personal lifestyle passion and has for many many years!
