What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Client reaches out to me and submits inquiry. I will go over inquiry and get in contact with client right away. From there we schedule an appointment to get set up with personal training!

I've been involved in sports my whole life. As a kid, I played pretty much any sport I had the free time to do. With sports, you have to practice and train to get better. I fell in love with the training aspect and always envisioned myself growing up taking my personal passion and turning it into a career. I got my first training certification right after high school and have been working ever since.

Building my own website! I worked on creating, designing, and publishing the website for almost a year. This will help expand my brand to reach many more people than ever before

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I ask all of my clients to follow the program to the best of their ability. We will work out any issues or plateaus that occur as long as you try. Continued failure of effort and not trying will lead me to dropping you as a client. I will continue to communicate with you to work things out. If I feel that there just is no effort, you will be dropped from training.
