My pricing is fair based on the amount of work I do on, and off the job making sure people are successful

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Assessing the client. make the prescribed exercise plan going forward based on there limitation. Keep client accountable, and on track. Retest, and adjust accordingly.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

NASM certified personal trainer

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Fell in love with exercise at a young age and was never really happy doing anything else. My friend was a trainer and recommended I get in to it. Since then I’ve had the opportunity to help hundreds of people combining my effective communication skills, and my knowledge of exercise.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Both Men and women, youth athletic clubs, sports teams. ages 13-80. People with injury’s and imbalances. People coming off of rehab

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently i started working with one of my clients ivan, in only 6 weeks we were able to double his strength and help him loose 20 legit pounds!
