My name is Cori Moore and I am the owner of Wild Soul Performance. I truly believe I bring a different mindset and skills set to the personal training industry. My background in athletic training, 10 years of experience with fitness coaching, and my overall love for this exercise life lifestyle is what makes me stand out. I now have a 1 on 1 private training facility in Richfield,MN so that I can make sure I give each person the time and space they need. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I am here to help people become healthier and most importantly consistent in exercise. My hourly rate is $75 if come train with me at my personal studio.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

*Phone call (free) 1) introduce 2) goal summery 3) gameplan *Facetime or in person conversation - final thoughts -contract - survey *Workout trial - Assess movements, posture, and overall schedule *Program Development and Final Email *Execute the plan of making you the best version of yourself

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

-I have over 9 years of college, high school, general population experience. - I have my degree in kinesiology/ athletic training - -certified through NASM - certified with my CSCS - worked with 3 professional athletes and over 30+ college athletes - I practice what I preach - Worked with over 30+ college athletes - Over 12 Professional athletes now. - Over 30+ success clients

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I followed my passion and worked hard. I have always been an athlete. I played 12 years of hockey, fought MMA (4-1) and now I help people get to where they really want to be both physically and mentally.

What types of customers have you worked with?

everyone...... literally

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I created over 10 different highschool strength programs that was requested because of being involved with young athletes. I was able to make some great connections and helped me get to the next level

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

not only is it important to find a trainer you connect with, but also one who is educated, experienced, and truly has your best interest when it comes to both results and longevity. You should have more confidence in asking your trainer questions than typing them into google 😀 and that is exactly what we are here to do for you!
