Introduction

Hey guys! I own PrimeTime Personal Training in Overland Park Kansas. I’m located at 127th and metcalf. At Primetime I specialize in small group PT (groups 4-6) this brings the average price per session down and allows for more fun and accountability for the client. With group it’s small enough to where I can teach individually and give you plenty of attention. There’s only 4-6 people max. THIS IS NOT A BOOTCAMP. you won’t be in big groups and doing a mindless circuit. I also do 1 on 1 coaching for those who are needing that! Included with either group training or 1 on 1 is : Custom Nutrition Custom workouts for when you’re not with me. Evolt body scans monthly to track fat loss/ muscle gain. Supplement discounts And more. Degree: B.S in Exercise physiology ESU Certifications: ACSM, NCCPT, ISSA Years: 9 Experience: weight loss, muscle gain, Olympic lifting, corrective exercise, nutrition, and older populations.
