It's a flat rate per session and we book in packages. Call or message for more information.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Full body movement examination to identify the root cause of symptoms and all subsequent sessions are 1 hour of personal training or physical therapy to help you reach your goals. Often our plan of care including soft tissue manipulation and other hands-on techniques.
