What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is simple. The more you are committed to the process, the more training sessions you purchase in your starting package, I will appreciate your commitment with lower pricing per session. For example, if you buy 12 session per month, it will cost $60 per session. But if you buy 16 sessions per month it will cost $50 per session. Likewise the other way, if you buy 8-10 sessions per months, it will cost $70 per session, and less than 8 is $80 per session. I do also offer online coaching on nutrition and workout programs for individuals who can not afford or do not wish to do personal training that ranges from $150-$350 per month with full access coaching on my coaching app with full workouts and videos and fully detailed nutrition plans with nutritional facts and macro plans.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The initial process starts with a phone conference introduction that leads to scheduling our first meeting to go over postural and physical assessments to get a better idea of how we’re going to tailor your program to fit your lifestyle and goals.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a NASM certified personal trainer, PTDC online certified personal trainer, I’ve studied under the guidance of world renowned strength and conditioning coach Charles Poliquin, IFBB Pro bodybuilder and prestigious Pro fitness coach John “Mountain Dog” Meadows, and nationally recognized health and fitness expert Coach Eugene Tao.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My fitness journey started at 12 years old lifting weights in my old horse stable preparing for little league football season. I played football and lifted weight up till college. Then I got into competitive bodybuilding and fell in love once again. I went to school for exercise science and got into personal training there after. I love learning all I can about how my body works in so many ways, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually and then sharing that knowledge with my family, friends and clients.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with stay at home moms who need to stay active and fit to keep up with there kids schedules, top ranked business people and entrepreneurs who have to work 16 hour days and need to perform at the highest level every single day, elite level athletes looking to continually improve there physical bodies performance in the gym and on the field or court. I also work with other personal trainers and coaches looking to learn and grow as coaches themselves in this industry.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently coached a national level athlete 4 month of training and nutritional guidance to her first national level competition where she placed 4th against 30 of the best girls from all across the nation. She was only 2 positions away from her Pro qualification. We had been working together for a combined 15 months where she added 20lbs of muscle and lost more fat than she ever had before while competing. We’re currently getting her ready to go after the national stage again starting prep after the holidays.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When searching for a great personal trainer, ask around, look online, call and ask to speak with many and all that interest you, ask for credentials and licensing, ask for previous client transformations, check yelp reviews if possible or Thumbtack haha.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
