Personal Training that comes to you! No need to join a gym and pay a membership plus paying for a trainer on top of that. We come right to you and train in the comfort of your own home. No membership needed, and no travel time, plus we bring all the necessary equipment with us! We love being able to help people meet and exceed their goals that they set for themselves. Nothing better than helping someone become pain free, get to the weight they want and see them change into the person that they want to become.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Everything is done in session packages rather than paying by month. This means you don't loose anything if you have a busy month and don't get to do much you still have whatever sessions you didn't use. We offer many different options to fit any budget. Exact pricing will be given in the free assessment.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Each client is different and therefore each person's program will be different. In our first meeting we will go through an assessment which will show us exactly how to train YOU, no cookie cutter programs here. We take the time to learn as much about you as possible, taking your background information, starting numbers and seeing how you naturally move to create your perfect workouts!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our trainers have all kinds of degrees and certifications, here is a list of all of the current ones. -Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science -Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM) -Certified Nutrition Coach -Certified Health Coach -Specialty Certification in Sports Performance -Specialty Certification in Corrective Exercise -Specialty Certification in Weight Loss -Specialty Certification in Senior Fitness -Specialty Certification in Functional Training -Specialty Certification in Golf Fitness -Phenom Certification (for continuing growth of our trainers) And many more coming

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We got started in 2017 when we saw the need for and convenience of in home personal training. As certain people either can't physically make it to a gym, are too busy or just enjoy the comfort of working out in their own home. We wanted to take as many of the excuses out to ensure people achieve their goals they never thought possible!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of clients, from collegiate/professional athletes, to stay at home or working parents, senior citizens, extreme weight loss clients, injury rehabilitation/strengthening and worked with various conditions and ailments. Any condition, injury or whatever you have we are equipped and ready to help you with it!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are fond of all of our clients and would love to tell you about a success story we have worked with in the same way that you are looking to hire a trainer. Ask the assessment story for a success story for the same thing you are looking to achieve!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We would recommend meeting whoever you are looking into training with and making sure they are the best fit for YOU and have YOUR needs in mind. You are the priority and should be comfortable as you proceed and we would also recommend asking about their certifications/experience as we are happy to discuss that with you in your FREE assessment.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Think about exactly what it is you would like to achieve, whether that's weight loss, decreasing pain, recovering from an injury, improving balance/flexibility, even dealing with a health condition so that the appointment is tailored exactly to what you are looking for.
