How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I grew up playing many sports, but training in Martial-Arts was always my passion. This passion carried through college where I started training in many different disciplines, such as Tae Kwon Do, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, and Thai-Boxing. I eventually became a professional Kick Boxer, and Mixed Martial Arts Fighter. The conditioning involved in being a fighter consisted of many different types of training, from endurance cardio work, to explosive strength training. This huge variety of training techniques set the foundation for how I structure my programming. Studying Exercise Science gave me the foundation to create safe and effective programs for my clients. Through my unique experiences and education, the training sessions and classes at our gym are truly unique.
