For instance, your session rate diminishes when you increase the length of commitment. Exploring couples personal training? Just an additional $20 per session. Opting for a lump sum payment? Enjoy a 17% reduction off the full price!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process is seamless! It commences with a complimentary initial consultation where the owner meets with you — over the phone — to understand your fitness goals, history, and challenges. If we align, we'll pair you with a personal trainer of your choice — male or female — for your comfort. The final step? Your dedicated trainer will come to you, delivering exceptional service at your convenience through a complimentary session. Once you are satisfied with your experience, we will then recommend the best program for you!
