What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

No personal trainer on earth can get you any kind of results in 2 weeks, this is why I require at least a 12 week commitment from my clients so that I can get you the results you are looking for. The longer you commit to my program, the cheaper the prices get per session.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, I do a FREE in-person or virtual consultation to really get to know you and your fitness goals, as well as, go over my program in great detail. Then, in the first session I will do balance, movement, and strength assessments along with circumference and body fat analysis to establish a baseline fitness level. After the initial assessments I will have the information ready to build an individualized program tailored to you, to optimize you results.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a National Academy of Sports Medicine personal training certification and well as their Senior Fitness Specialist certification. Over 10 years personal experience in Fitness.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When it occurred to me that I could use my 10 years of accumulated personal fitness knowledge to make a living helping people do what I love, it was a no brainer!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with kids, parents and families. I have worked with females who want to slim down and tone up. I have worked with males that want to get lean and build muscularity. I have also worked with females that want to put on good, lean weight in all the right places, and have have a library of exercises and techniques to get all my clients to their individual goal!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently, I started with a young man wanting to drop a lot of unhealthy weight and build as much muscle as possible. I'm proud to say he lost 3% body fat in the first month! That's over 6 pounds!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they have an scientific assessment process that they build a customized program with, just for you. And make sure that when they show you the program they can explain in detail why they are having you do every exercise they programmed specifically.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
