What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I have several programs that can all be discussed through email or free i person consultation. There is always a programs for you to get you moving towards your goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Usually I do an in person or on the phone consultation to make sure I understand the persons goals and personality. Then we decide which package would benefit the person the most. Every package receives a free session where we do basic testing and measurements to make sure we track progress. It is important to understand that each program is unique to the individual and I spend time getting to understand the needs of the client first.

I would advise you to not delay in starting your journey. Whether its with me or another trainer, starting today is the best thing you can do. The more time you take in starting the less likely you actually get to your goals.
